This policy governs the dispatch, transit, and delivery of all orders placed through the Drivyn online storefront at www.drivyn.in.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms set forth below. Drivyn reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, with updates effective upon publication on the website.
Section 01
All orders are processed within two (2) to three (3) business days of payment confirmation. Business days are defined as Monday through Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next applicable business day.
A confirmation email will be dispatched to the registered email address upon successful order placement. A secondary notification will be sent when the order has been handed to our fulfillment partner for production and dispatch.
Drivyn art prints are produced on a per-order basis by our fulfillment partner. As such, order processing times may extend slightly during periods of high demand. Customers will be notified of any material delays.
Section 02
Drivyn ships to all serviceable pin codes within India. Delivery to remote or inaccessible locations may be subject to additional transit time. Serviceability is determined at the time of checkout.
Domestic orders are typically dispatched within three (3) to five (5) business days of order confirmation.
Post-dispatch, delivery within metropolitan cities is estimated at two (2) to four (4) business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and towns may require four (4) to seven (7) business days. Remote pin codes may require up to ten (10) business days.
Shipping fees for domestic orders are displayed at checkout and are inclusive of packaging and handling. Drivyn uses premium protective packaging to ensure prints arrive in mint condition.
Section 03
Drivyn ships internationally to a defined list of supported countries. Supported regions are displayed at checkout. International orders are fulfilled via our international print fulfillment network.
International orders are dispatched within five (5) to seven (7) business days of payment confirmation, inclusive of production time.
Post-dispatch, international delivery is estimated at seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days, depending on destination country, local customs processing times, and carrier performance. Drivyn does not guarantee specific delivery dates for international shipments.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout. Drivyn is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We recommend that international customers familiarise themselves with their country's import regulations before placing an order.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. All applicable charges are displayed prior to payment confirmation.
Section 04
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are dependent on the carrier and may not reflect real-time movement in all geographies. For international orders, tracking visibility may be limited once the shipment crosses into the destination country's postal network.
For tracking enquiries, customers may contact us at drivynofficial@gmail.com with their order number and registered email address.
Section 05
All Drivyn art prints are shipped using rigid, protective mailers or tubes as appropriate for the print format. Packaging is designed to prevent bending, moisture damage, and transit wear. The exterior of all packages is discreet and carries no visible pricing information.
Section 06
If a shipment has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, customers should first verify the tracking status and check with neighbours or building security for delivery attempts. If the shipment appears lost, customers must notify Drivyn within thirty (30) days of the dispatch date by writing to drivynofficial@gmail.com.
Drivyn will investigate with the fulfillment partner and carrier and, upon confirmation of loss, will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional charge. Replacement timelines are subject to production and carrier availability.
Drivyn is not liable for non-delivery arising from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Section 07
In the unlikely event that a print arrives damaged, customers must notify Drivyn within two (2) hours of delivery by emailing drivynofficial@gmail.com with photographic and proper video evidence of the damage, packaging, and unboxing. Claims raised after this window may not be actionable.
Upon verification, Drivyn will arrange a replacement to the customer after verifying the evidence. Drivyn does not offer refunds for transit damage; replacement is the sole remedy provided.
Section 08
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds section within the Terms and Conditions for further detail.
Section 09
Drivyn shall not be held liable for shipping delays arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, carrier disruptions, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of God. In such events, Drivyn will communicate proactively and work to resolve the situation in a timely manner.
